Street and plaza overwatch
The same mast that watches the air still has to cover the street. Thermal / EO PTZ on a rooftop sees the plaza, the approach, and the crowd edge after dark.
City programs buy one pole and expect two jobs. We specify payloads that can take an air cue and still do ground identification at the distances of a square or a station forecourt.
Housings must be urban-weather rated. IR illuminators are optional; thermal should do the night work.
