GDPR notice

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this notice explains how Volls Global Inc processes personal data when you use circuitbull.com or request a quote.

We have no establishment in the EEA. We have not appointed an Article 27 representative unless a later version of this notice names one. You may still exercise GDPR rights by writing to the controller.

What we process and why

When you send a brief we process name, email, phone, company, country, mission interest, and message. Lawful bases: steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering a professional inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We store locale cookies (cb_lang, cb_country) so the site stays in the language and market you chose. That is a strictly necessary preference, not advertising. Server logs (IP, user-agent, path) are processed for security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example the ICO in the UK, or the authority in your EU member state).

We respond without undue delay and within one month, extendable as GDPR allows for complex requests. Write to info@circuitbull.com with the subject “GDPR”. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Transfers outside the EEA

Volls Global Inc is in the United States. Hosting and delivery run on Cloudflare. Transactional email uses Amazon SES in eu-central-1. Catalog search embeddings may be stored in Qdrant in the EU. WhatsApp Business messages, if you ask us to ping a number, are processed by Meta.

Where GDPR requires a transfer tool, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses with our processors, plus the UK IDTA / Addendum where UK GDPR applies. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and children

Quote records are kept for as long as needed to complete the inquiry and for a reasonable audit window (typically up to 24 months unless a contract, export file, or legal hold requires longer). Locale cookies last up to 12 months.

This site is for professional and governmental buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
