Crowd-edge and perimeter coverage
The dangerous line is the edge of the crowd and the outer fence, not the jumbotron. Thermal sees a climb or a runner in the dark band beyond the lights.
Plazas and scenic sites have a bright center and a black rim. Put sensors on that rim. We specify PTZ units that identify at the fence while still holding a wide tour of the open ground.
